Calling all pharmacy faculty! Please download the latest professional tool developed by the National Heartburn Alliance. The newly developed curriculum, titled "Self-Directed Treatment of Heartburn" offers resources you can use to help aid in education of heartburn and the different self-directed treatment options. The curriculum offers a comprehensive review of heartburn – its epidemiology, etiology and risk factors, assessment and triage, nonprescription medicine overview as well as clinical pearls for pharmacists.
